On February 28, 2019, the Mississauga Halton LHIN hosted the inaugural Learning Together Conference at the Meeting House in Oakville. We came together to collaborate, educate, be innovative and inspire.
Three outstanding Mississauga Halton LHIN events:
Primary Care Clinic Day, Quality Forum and the Health Equity Symposium came together to combine the best of the Mississauga Halton LHIN thought leadership on primary care, quality and health equity.
During our closing ceremonies, attendees confirmed that they met new colleagues, reconnected with others, found the answer to a question, heard an idea they wanted to try out and felt energized to continue to collaborate. Recalling Elder Cat’s opening: the day was a gift of new knowledge and relationships, with each of us being responsible to pass that gift on to others by sharing the ideas sparked during the day.
Thank you for attending and taking part in this important learning initiative.
Traditional Indigenous Elder Cat Criger starts off the day with an Opening Ceremony
